Digital Product Delivery
All products sold on Resilient Choice are digital products.
No physical item will be shipped.
After payment is completed, you will be redirected to a download page where you can access your product files. Your download may include printable PDF files, editable PPTX files, instructions, and other digital resources depending on the product purchased.
No Physical Shipping
Because our products are digital downloads, there are no shipping charges, shipping times, or physical delivery services.
You can access your product files online after checkout.
Download Access
Please download and save your files after purchase.
If you have trouble accessing your download, contact us with your order details and we will help you access the files again.
Refund Policy for Digital Products
Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be physically returned, all sales are generally final.
However, we want customers to have a positive experience. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchased files, please contact us and we will help resolve the issue.
Refunds may be considered only in cases such as:
- Duplicate accidental purchase of the same product
- Technical delivery issue that we cannot resolve
- Incorrect file access due to an error on our side
Refunds are not generally provided for:
- Change of mind after download
- Not reading the product description before purchase
- Expecting a physical product when the page clearly states it is digital
- Lack of compatible software after purchase
- Personal preference after accessing the files
Editable File Compatibility
Some products may include editable PPTX files. These files are usually compatible with Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides import, or Canva upload, depending on the product instructions.
Canva Pro is not required unless specifically stated on the product page.

Unless stated otherwise, products purchased from Resilient Choice are for personal household use only.
You may print copies for your own family or personal use.
You may not resell, redistribute, share, upload, copy, or claim the product files as your own.
You may not sell printed or digital versions of the product.
